The Navisworks Freedom can open following file formats: native Navisworks (NWD). DWF (DWF, DWFX, W2D). Autodesk ReCap (TCS, RCP). Files of the .PDMS, .STP and .STEP and other types can be opened in Navisworks Manage, saved in native Navisworks NWD file format and opened in Navisworks Freedom.

I downloaded the add on that supposedly allows you to transfer rhino files but I'm not having any luck. I have rhino 5 and ive tried Navisworks 2015 and 2016 and neither is working.
